will open a XML (eXtensible Markup Language) file which can be read using special feed software. This software is known as an RSS Reader and this will display RSS information from chosen websites on your computer.

Wherever you see the RSS symbol you can sign up for a RSS feed. Click or copy the address in your browser window. You can then follow the instructions provided by your news reader to add this feed to your list.
As the site is updated the RSS feed will be automatically updated and your feed reader will display the headlines with links to the full news stories.
