The St Ann's Road, York Road and Fitzwilliam Road car parks are free on Saturdays.

The free parking facility provided in some other Council car parks during the latter part of 2006 was discontinued from 6/1/2007.
Free First Bus Return Service
Rotherham residents and visitors may use a FREE RETURN BUS SERVICE* from the Sheffield Road Pay & Display Car Park into the town centre.
The service was introduced on 1st May 2006 through a partnership between RMBC, FIRST and Travel South Yorkshire. The scheme has been launched following the closure of two town centre car parks, due to the development of the Westgate Project.
Drivers can park at Sheffield Road Car Park from 8:00am until 6:00pm Monday to Saturday for just £1.40.

*The free bus service is only available to members of the public using the pay & display service at Sheffield Road Car Park. The bottom section of the ticket provides the car driver and passengers with free travel.
