We can help you with care assessments,
safeguarding vulnerable adults ,
disabled person parking permits (Blue Badge), adaptations, occupational therapy assessments or any other aspect of your social care.
We can also help you if a relative or friend was in receipt of any service provided by Neighbourhoods and Adult Services when they died. We will ensure all services are cancelled so you only have to contact us once about the death. We can also confirm what we have done, in writing and give you information on what to do next, if you require it. We may ask you to provide a copy of the death certificate.
