Business Case Tool

As a part of the piloting work undertaken on the National Project by Rotherham, the Team developed a Business Case Tool to help local authorities develop their own business case for implementing the eBenefits system.

This easy-to-use tool requires input from local authorities to provide a tailored return on investment appraisal for implementing the system. The tool considers financial impact, and also enables an ROI appraisal of which the output can be pasted directly into a business case document prepared by the local authority.

Adopters of the eBenefits system are encouraged to make use of the tool to assist them with building the internal support that will be needed to implement the change required.
